Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT)

What is Rapid Resolution Therapy?

Rapid Resolution Therapy is an innovative and evidence-based psychotherapeutic approach designed to swiftly resolve emotional disturbances, trauma, and problematic behaviors. Developed by Dr. Jon Connelly, RRT combines elements from various therapeutic modalities, including hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).

How Does Rapid Resolution Therapy Work?

RRT works by accessing and reprogramming the subconscious mind, where deeply rooted emotional issues and traumatic memories reside. Through a gentle and guided process, RRT helps individuals identify and release negative beliefs, emotions, and behaviors that are holding them back. By altering the way the subconscious mind processes information, RRT facilitates rapid and lasting change, often in just one to three sessions.

What to Expect from Rapid Resolution Therapy?

In RRT sessions, individuals can expect a safe and supportive environment where they are encouraged to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. The therapist utilizes specialized techniques to access the subconscious mind, allowing for the resolution of past traumas, phobias, anxieties, and other emotional disturbances. Clients often report feeling lighter, more empowered, and free from the burdens of their past after undergoing RRT.

Cost of the RTT program

The rates are €180 per hour. One session lasts 1.5 hours, so €270 per session.

About the Therapist

C.R. Blanker Psychiatrist/ Psychologist and RRT Therapist (licensed)

It's fascinating to explore with patients where the mismatch lies between the brain and somatics, and between the patient's temperament and the environmental factors offered to them. Discovering possibilities for repair each time is always a challenge. I chose this profession because psychiatry intertwines the beauty of two worlds: somatics and psyche. Also, there is still much academic work to be done within psychiatry, and the need for involved patients and their social systems is often high.
